The Mechanism
The usual arrangement is that a tax comes off your trade, lands in a "marketing wallet," and is never spoken of again. Here the tax is the product. It goes to the open market, buys the index, and comes back to you as a position — not a promise.
6% is withheld on every purchase and 7% on every disposal. It accrues inside the contract. There is no discretion and no signer to trust with it.
The accrued balance is deployed into tokenized S&P 500 stock on the open market. Real index exposure, acquired on-chain, at whatever the tape says.
Distributed pro-rata to holders by position size. Nothing to claim, nothing to stake, no form to sign. It simply arrives while you are asleep.
